    I have always loved to workout. Once I became a mom, I desperately had to find a way to combine being a mom and working out. I found Baby Boot Camp in 2008 when my first born was 12 weeks old. Now with 2 sweet kiddos, I have become more passionate about sharing health and wellness with others. I am an ACE certified personal trainer, CPR certified and a Juice Plus distributor. I also have a BS in Communications from St. Louis University.

    Baby Boot Camp (the premier provider of stroller fitness) has proudly held classes in McKinney since 2012 and is an integral part of the community. It is SO much more than a challenging workout, it's a family that sweats together AND plays together! Come and try out a class anytime! Your first class is FREE! Classes are held 6 days a week and there are multiple formats, so no class is ever exactly the same!

    My passion for running and exercise started my freshmen year of high school. I started running 3 miles a day and I was hooked. Recently I have enjoyed training for half and full marathons. The past couple of years I have enjoyed coaching running groups and encouraging others along the way of their running journey. Jessica started taking Baby Boot Camp classes when her son was 4 months old and loved it so much that she decided to pursue a fitness certification and start teaching. Baby Boot Camp allows moms to get a great workout outdoors and spend time with your children!

    Erin is a certified Group Fitness Instructor and Fitness Nutrition Specialist through the American Council on Exercise. She holds a Bachelors Degree in Health Promotion from the University of North Texas (Class of 2010) and has a passion for living life to the fullest; she exercises to stay strong and healthy so she can enjoy every day of it.

    I am blessed to be a stay at home Mom to my sweet boys, Lucas & Benjamin. Baby Boot Camp has been part of our weekly routine for the past 5 years. Baby Boot Camp was the first group of Mom's I connected with after I became a Mom. I knew I'd have at least two things in common with this group; being a Mom to younger children and a desire to workout. Over the years, I have formed friendships and still find the workout's challenging.
    It's fun participating and teaching. I love planning different workouts and finding fun ways to keep the kids entertained. I love how Baby Boot Camp specifically focuses on pre-natal and post-natal fitness. A strong, healthy Mom is a happy Mom!
